Just wondering if this could be used for controlling temperature in coffee roasting. Typical roast would be from 8-12 minutes.
what sort of temperatures?

The temp controllers supplied with the brewpi max out at 125ºC. Coffe roasting also has a quite different setup. In the brewpi the goal is to keep the temp in the beer within +/- 0.15ºC of the target by changing the temperature of the fridge below or above the target temp. So, not the best fit I guess.
Why not switch from coffee to beer?
