1 wire probes and the pull up resistor

Do the probes sold on the brewpi store include a pull up resister in the assembly?
Does the spark 3 include a pull up resistor?

If I want to wire a DS18B20 to the Spark 3, should I use a 4.7k pull up resistor?

The Spark had a onewire bus master IC with active pull-up. There should be no pullup anywhere else.
