Hi
My spark screen started to flicker and went white. I run the spark on a 24v dc Mean Well.
I got spi error in brewblox. I tried to change 24v power to another but same.
I smelled burnt and immediately pulled out the 24v connection.
I tried to use the 5v on the spark and the spark worked just fine. However when i put my GPIO module on to the spark, with no connections in, 2 of them shows white screens on spark.
Any ideas what do do?
If you smelled something burning, there should be visible damage.

Looks like the DRV8908 has a hole blown into it, the biggest IC near the GPIO pins.
The hole is near the power supply input pins of the IC.
That makes the 24V supply suspect.
What did you have connected when it happened?
I got
1 td5
1 bigger pump on ssr
3 heat elements on ssr
4 temp probes
This happened at end of mash so every part was on.
Had to do some wiring to continue 
The GPIO:s is brand new. First run.
The bigger pump on an SSR, is it on 24V?
If it is, it could perhaps generate a high voltage when it is switched off and being an inductive load it will generate back emf. It should have a diode in parallel to dissipate this current and avoid injecting it into other electronics.
Its a 65w kegland pump. 220v
Ok, then we can scratch it off the list for potential causes. Did you measure your 24V supply? Most meanwells have an adjustment screw too.
Did you unplug all power when you swapped modules?
Yes i adjust the power to 24v using the screw.
I have learned the hard way to unplug the power. I bought a couple of GPIO some time ago and i didnt unplug them and something happens to them. Thats why i had to buy a couple more.
