Elco, I’ve searched the Troubleshooting questions and answers with no luck.
Temp probes and cooling working perfectly. I can switch the inputs from the spark to the SSR and heater turns on. On the Device Configuration tab the Heater shows ‘active’, but heater doesn’t come on and I’ve ensured the heater on/off switch is in the on position. Heater works when plugged into outlet. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the device. Both cooler and heater pin type ‘not inverted’ is selected. I’ve reset default values and updated the software. I don’t know where to find the JSON file to paste it here (maybe what I’ve pasted below is it. If not, let know know how to find it.
Pasting the below in case it helps. Pretty obvious I don’t know what I’m doing; not a developer–so if you need more info or me to make certain changes please take an elementary approach. Thanks for you help and the tool is amazing.
