Does it work in an incognito window?
I had a similar issue after updating my home brewery. It worked in a private window, but ctrl-f5 refreshing in a normal window didn’t work.
When I cleared the path cookies for the UI it worked again. Our application doesn’t use cookies, but a cookie from another application on my NAS was causing problems.
