This BrewPi/Spark is externally identical the BrewPi/Spark 3’s I have recently received from you. There are no markings on the back or anywhere else externally to identify it. Can it be configured to run the Brewblox software?

Yes. We made no hardware changes when we replaced the software.
You can run brewblox-ctl flash to update the firmware. I see it has an IP address: it will automatically download the latest bootloader. If it doesn’t, you can run brewblox-ctl bootloader to do it manually.
