Can you update from spark to pi?

My brewblox pi died. I have a fresh, up to date brewblox install and my spark has all the settings. Is there a way to fetch them from the spark? I seem to recall a get parameters from spark before but can’t find it. Scared to do anything as I don’t want to overwrite the parameters in the spark yet.
I bought a new pi 3 and a new sd and so on. In the process I overwrote the original sd card.
It turned out to be the psu (Tontek) so could have been a much simpler fix!! But I’m now on a docker install. Incidentally the installation process failed at docker because it couldn’t find the right version ( 32 bit headless install as per instructions RPi 3 )

Use 64bit.
Why not a pi 4 or 5?

The blocks are stored on the spark. Just add it it after install.

Thanks Elco - yes I should have gone Pi5, but - I thought I had the psu and heat sink case already ……
So how do I recover the blocks from the spark to the pi?hopefully the PID parameters as well
Next time - pi5!
