Change Spark Core for Photon on BrewPi V1

I have changed the Spark Core out for a Photon on a BrewPi V1 (Shield Rev C). I have gone through a fresh install of BrewBlox on a Raspberry Pi 3 and flashed the Spark as per the installation guide.

I just get a white screen on the Spark and in the Brewblox UI I get the message that a Handshake has not performed and service not synchronized.

Does the BrewPi V1 not support the Photon?
All help is much appreciated :pray:

You may still need to flash the bootloader. You know the Spark was flashed OK when the Spark LCD screen shows 6 boxes.

brewblox-ctl particle -c flash-bootloader
