Changing scale on Web interface graph

Is it possible to change the scale (specifically on the time axis) of the temp log graph? Right now it shows a number of days, I would like to view one day only, or later 2-3 days.

You can zoom in with the mouse by left clicking the region you want. Or on a phone/tablet just pinch to zoom. Is that what you mean?

Changing the default zoom is not possible.
You can click and drag to zoom. Hold shift and drag to pan.
