Clear bad data from logs and graph

My brewpi was disconnected for a few days, and when I fired it up again, the sensors read 185 degrees. The BrewPi logged that temperature point before the probes corrected themselves, so my chart now has an unseemly peak. I’ve gone into the .json file corresponding to that day, as well as the .csv file, and removed the incorrect data, but the chart continues to show the peak. Is it possible to ‘fix’ bad data, and if so, what am I missing?

Edit the data in /var/www/data
The data logged by the script in the /home/brewpi/data directory is copied there.

It was in /var/www/html/data on my Arduino/Pi setup.
