After having all the issues I had with updating the spark and it crashing on me, I’ve got it up and running again. Heater function works perfectly fine. But when I’m running a test run the cooler function will not operate. It says the state is Idle but the fridge setting is well below the actual temperature of the fridge and beer. I believe the device is setup correctly in the maintenance panel. I have no idea what the issue is
I think this is usually down to the idle time between heating and cooling. Can’t remember the exact name in the settings window. But it stops your BrewPi cycling between heat & cool constantly with overshoots on one being picked up by the other instead of the PID.
