This probably seems like a super dumb question, but I can’t seem to open the ball valve. I turn the knob in the O direction, but the valve doesn’t open… Turining in the other direction doesn’t help either…
Did anyone else have an issue like this?
you have to lift the knob 
Yep, lift up for manual control. Push down again for motor control.
