Hi,
I am now using the BrewPi SPARK and cannot find the old “potmeter” of the arduino brewpi shield.
Is there still any possibility to set the target temperature manually without having access to the web interface/beer profile settings?
Or maybe I am just too blind to see

No, this is not yet possible. You are not blind.
Any possibility to hack this or connect some potmeter in the circle? Sometimes this is very helpful to make a fast change without any GUI interaction
Touch screen support is on the road map, but because we are rewriting how processes, PIDs, sensors and actuators are defined and stored, redesigning the interface is waiting on that.
