It’s a known bug that confirmed settings (where you’re prompted) are not saved to the action. If you used a different value, it will then still think your current settings are not equal to those in the action. We’ll have a fix for that in the next release.
Do keep in mind that quick actions turning green is just a visual aid. The important thing is that your settings are correct.
