Yes, the Disable Control button will pause temperature management.

So, doing a water run before brew day. seems to be controlling very well. The only question is on the display bottom left (yellow arrow) what value is supposed to be displayed there ??? shows up as --.–°F
None. The fridge setpoint is displayed there, and that’s currently disabled, as you’re using beer constant mode.
If you’d switch to fridge mode, you’d see a value appear in the fridge setpoint, and the beer setpoint (displayed in the carboy) go to --.–
