My profile was doing a weird temperature setting - however found out it is probably due to a wrong time on the spark, it read about 12 hours and 5 minutes behind. Any way to change it?

Spark time is set by the Spark service when it connects. Is your Pi in the right timezone, and is its clock set correctly?
Jep, pi is correct. How often does the spark get the time? Any way to push the time?
Restart the Spark service, and it will push current time: docker-compose restart spark-one
If afterwards the time is still incorrect, could you please post the brewblox-ctl logs?
