Spark V3 Wifi problem

I’ve just finished setup on a Brewpi Spark V3 - updated today to 5.10. It shows an address as my DHCP server shows it online. I’ve locked the channel in the AP and lengthened the lease to 3 days.

For some reason it does not connect, the LED flashes teal slowly at first and then switches to fast. On occasion it will connect for a short period, but then repeats the behavior. I’ve also seen if flash yellow in-between the teal.

Any thoughts on what may be causing this would be appreciated.

A little more information. It still displays an IP address in the correct range, but has went back to a slow green LED. Still unable to ping or connect.
