Spark2 slot display

Hello, long-time user started with the Arduino , but have been out of it for alooooog time.

I have a spark 2 that’s been hooked to a fridge for many years.
I moved and it did not reconnect to the wifi so it just stayed running at the temp 33f

long story I need to warm it up to finish a bacon cure
So I loaded up a raspberry pi and did all the stuff.
My spark 2 is updated configured and running correctly.

but two things,
1, am I crazy or did the old old version let you connect to a webpage on the spark and change temps ? i would swear it did.

2, the old layout shows cooling and heating running timers.
Looking at the config under my spark2 I see a place to add display slots

what would I do to add the compressor state and run time?

Thank you

First, are you running the latest version of Brewblox, not the old, discontinued BrewPi stack?

  1. The web interface runs on the pi, not on the spark.
  2. You can edit the display blocks on the display settings widget on the service page for the spark. The TFT screen does not show timers for the on/off. If you add a PID block to the display you will see setpoint, current temp, actuator setting and actuator achieved value for the PWM. On the spark 2, there’s also a small dot for the actuator on/off state I think.

Maybe you already ran the fridge quick start wizard, which sets up the entire system. You can find the minimum on and off time for the compressor on the cooler digital actuator block.
