Last week 3 Trails Brewing in Independence, MO USA finished up a successful fermentation chamber build with BrewPi Spark v2. Everything went right into place with my experiences IT/programming/hardware background and my brew partner’s electrically and fridge knowledge. The Community has been very helpful on finding answers during the whole process. Yesterday we brewed Truman’s Slow Stroll White IPA and it is the first of our beers to ferment using BrewPi. I am thoroughly impressed! This is the best product and biggest upgrade to fermentation we can make as homebrewers. Our local competition better lookout here we come!!
