I have an on/off only Topsflo Td5 pump red and black cable, without pwm. How to wire this pump to spark?

You can use a DC SSR to switch it. It cannot be speed controlled with PWM, just ON/OFF.

Yes perfect.

You even have a + and - wire next to each other everywhere, which is good. You don’t want to create loops. You want the positive and negative wire to follow the same path.
It might be tempting to connect the - of one pump to the - of the other pump, but it is better if both start at the power supply.
