Thermocouple support

Evening all,

I know this was brought up in the past but wanted to touch on it again since the new Spark model is out.

Is there any plan to add support for thermocouples? I think last I read there was some talk about using the below to convert to a one wire setup using thermorcouples.

I would love to be able to use my new Spark for doing my mashing however all my kettles are setup to us K type thermocouples and changing them out is not an option.

Eventually, yes.
But short term I do not have time to develop the hardware tbh.

There are other things on my to-do list that have priority. Don’t want to make promises here I cannot keep.
