Any chance of making thermowells for the sensors, something similar to these https://www.brewershardware.com/6-Weldless-Thermowell.html with a 3-4" probe length?
Would you prefer a thermowell, or an integrated sensor, like our threaded sensors?

Integrated would be great.
Yes I agree, I would want an Integrated temp sensor. Would
two of the bulkhead nuts and two o-rings work on the existing integrated
sensor?
Something in the 10-12 cm neighbourhood will be nice, if it can be connected to the fermenting vessel from the side.
One you have on a picture is probably fine for measuring temperature in the tube
