Use temperature sensors in a PID (eg. Auber) instead of Brewpi Spark

Hi all

While i wait for a mashing GUI, I will be building a herms control panel using PIDs instead of the Brewpi Spark. I run a small business and I need to get up and running very soon on my electric brewery.
I was wondering if I could cut off the RJ11 and wire the sensors to a PID instead ? The thing is that BSP fittings are hard to find and I cannot use NPT on my valves.

I am not sure what exactly you are trying to do, but if you are trying to use the one wire temp sensor with an Auber PID as far as I know this will not work. You will have to use an RTD or TC type sensor with the Auber PID.
