I’m a newbie in this matter but I was wondering if you could visualize the dashboard on the raspberry Pi itself via HDMI instead of on a remote browser.
Yes, if you run the pi in kiosk mode and let it open the page on startup. Never done it myself, but googling kiosk mode should probably point you in the right direction.

You can install the full version of Pi OS, and run a browser there.
I would recommend using a Pi 4 for that.
