Wall mount temp sensor loose

@Elco, my apologies for posting here, the “support” and “tickets” part of the store website don’t appear to be working for me.

I have a WALL MOUNTED ONEWIRE TEMPERATURE SENSOR and when connecting the cable last night I noticed the sensor part (inside the metal) is loose and turns. It seems to be working okay, for now.

Is this going to be a problem long term?

Is it still water proof?

Is there something I can do to fix it?

It is still water proof, but you might break an internal cable by rotating it.
You can just glue it back in place.
