Which fermenter to buy?

Hi brains trust,

Things are getting serious and now that my herms build is near completion (need sparky out to complete), I need a new fermentation setup to match. Have been looking at 14gal ss brewtech unitank ($2000 del) but wondering if the cheaper conical at half the price would be just as good. Looking to pressure ferment, cold crash and transfer to kegs. Only benefit to uni is to also carb in 1 vessel. Thoughts?

Personally I think these are great:

Not sure about pressure fermenting though.

They are based in New Zealand but I’m pretty sure they have sold to overseas distributors.

I have a unitank but if I were looking today, I think https://spikebrewing.com/products/flexplus looks like way more bang for the buck.
