So I know this is the wrong forum for this comment (Appologies) but just wanted to round this out; I just transferred and got a sample of the brew, the higher temperatures for sure brought out banana esters (isopentyl acetate) in my US-04 yeast but the citra hops kind of went good with it. For sure not to style guidelines but overall not a bad beer. I’d raise the temp on purpose next time if I do a Belgian ale and use that strain of yeast.
